All work is carried out in a temperature controlled facility with additional cold storage for the finished product, ensuring the cool chain is not broken during manufacture.
We have invested in the best machinery from day one, using Urschel dicers & slicers and Francis Overall baton carrot machines and de-sliverers.
We are currently working towards SALSA accreditation, to recognise the care and quality that goes into our products.
